Job description
Agincare is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand new children’s LD residential home in York. You will lead and develop the service, manage teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers, and uphold outstanding regulatory standards.
You will ensure high-quality care delivery, implement care plans, and maintain documentation to a high standard while ensuring safeguarding and compliance with England regulations.
