Job description
Goddard Riverside Community Center's Young Adult ACT Team in Manhattan seeks a Substance Use Specialist to provide counseling, case management, and daily support for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
Join a multidisciplinary ACT team, work Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, and help clients access entitlement programs, medications management, and other services while maintaining up-to-date case records and collaborating with families and community providers.
