Job Overview
We are looking for a board‑certified nurse practitioner to join our brand‑new freestanding Emergency Department in Radcliff, KY, opening September 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality emergency and urgent care services for a full‑time schedule of 120 hours per month.
Local Team Collaboration
The department is led by a local medical director, supported by leadership‑development tools. Teams are cohesive, well‑staffed, and emphasize a patient‑first culture with minimal reliance on temporary labor.
Qualifications
Board‑certified nurse practitioner
Prior emergency department experience and commitment to patient‑first care
Authorized to work in the United States
Scheduling
24‑hour physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM – 7 PM and 7 PM – 7 AM
12‑hour APP coverage in the on‑site Urgent Care
Full‑time status is 120 hours per month
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality care in a 7‑bed ED and a 5‑bed on‑site Urgent Care
Use EPIC as the EMR
