$70–$110 Per Visit | Flexible Scheduling

No Place Like Home Health, a veteran-owned and independent home health agency, is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for a PT who wants flexibility, independence, competitive per-visit pay, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

What You'll Do
Provide skilled home-based PT evaluations and treatments focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, fall prevention, mobility, and helping patients remain safely independent at home.
What You Need
Current Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Already have a full-time job? That's okay! If you have room in your schedule for a few patients, we'd still love to hear from you.
