Position Title: Youth and Children's Director
Position Type: Full Time
Description: Trinity Lutheran Church in Joppa, Maryland is seeking a passionate, faith-filled Youth and Children's Director to join our ministry team.
This individual will work closely the the Lead Pastor to coordinate and grow and intergeneration spiritual ministry that nurtures children and equip youth and strengthens families in their faith journey. We are looking for someone who is creative, relational, organized, and excited to build meaningful connections across ages of the congregation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead ministry programs for children and youth
Foster intergenerational faith formation opportunties
Recruit, train, and support volunteers
Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and church leadership in shaping ministry vision
Qualifications:
Strong christian faith and commitemtn to Lutheran theology and values
Experiencein youth and children's ministry perferres
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships across generations
$45,000 - $52,000 pending experience
