Job description
BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a BCBA - Clinic Director to oversee the new Youth ABA clinic in Jefferson City, MO. This full-time role includes flexible hours and the potential for a 20% bonus on a salary of $80,000/year. Responsibilities include training staff, conducting assessments, and providing direct treatment to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral or master’s degree in Psychology or Counseling, along with BCBA certification and 3-5 years of experience. You must be willing to travel periodically and may work in a hybrid capacity.
