Job description
Muskegon County is seeking a Juvenile Detention Officer (JDO) at the Muskegon County Juvenile Detention Center. The JDO provides direct care to detained juveniles and helps maintain facility security through ongoing supervision.
You will supervise juveniles in vocational, academic, recreational, and daily personal hygiene activities and keep accurate records of juvenile behavior. A post-offer medical examination, drug screening, and background check are required; probationary period applies.
