Job description
Rite of Passage in Nashville, TN, seeks a Direct Supervision Juvenile Detention Officer to ensure 24/7 safety and supervision for youths ages 12-18 at the Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center. You will mentor, document behavior, and support treatment goals alongside clinical staff.
The full-time, on-site position offers hourly pay of $20.50–$21.50 with guaranteed overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a $1,000 bonus after completing ROP Core Practice training.
