Job description
Youth Care Specialist Supervisor
The primary duty of the Youth Care Specialist Supervisor is the supervision and training of the staff at Silver Lake treatment facility, a 16-bed residential treatment facility for adolescents. Supervisors are responsible for the implementation of the facility behavioral modification system. Supervisors also assist with scheduling and leave approval.
