Job description
The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains, Inc. in Vermillion, SD seeks a Unit Director to lead daily operations, support staff, deliver high-quality programs, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members and families.
The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, collaboration with the COO, and a hands-on presence in the club. Bachelor's degree and youth development experience preferred; CPR/First Aid may be required.
