Job description
City of Winchester seeks a Juvenile Detention Center staff member to maintain discipline, supervise residents, and ensure security and safety on the unit, classrooms, during meals and recreation. This role requires working with youth in a structured facility and applying approved procedures.
Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays; a high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, along with the ability to work under stress with at-risk youth.
