The Youth Development Professional position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities across various locations in the United States. This role focuses on providing on-site support, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with daily operational tasks to create a welcoming and organized environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to address site-specific needs, respond promptly to any issues, and contribute to the overall success of the site's activities. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to meet the dynamic demands of the site. Ultimately, the role aims to uphold the company's standards of excellence while supporting both staff and visitors effectively during part-time hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including potential evenings or weekends.

Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in site support, facilities management, or a related field.

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Basic first aid or emergency response training.

Experience using communication devices and basic computer applications.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.

Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.

Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Collaborate with team members to implement site-specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills:

The required skills enable the Site Staff Part-Time employee to effectively maintain a safe and organized environment by applying knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures daily. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors and team members, ensuring clear and courteous exchanges that facilitate smooth site operations. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks support the hands-on nature of the role, such as setting up equipment and conducting site inspections. Preferred skills, such as familiarity with safety regulations and first aid, enhance the employee's capability to respond to emergencies and maintain compliance with standards. Additionally, proficiency with basic technology aids in reporting issues and coordinating with other staff, contributing to efficient and responsive site management.
