Job description
Centerboard Inc is seeking Direct Care Staff to provide support to youth in Lynn, MA. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, structured environment while assisting youth with daily routines and emotional challenges.
This position requires capabilities in crisis response, documentation, and youth engagement. A high school diploma is required, and experience with youth is strongly preferred. Flexibility in scheduling, including working at least two shifts per month, is essential.
