Job description
Alexander Youth Network in Charlotte is seeking a Youth Engagement Navigator to support the On Ramp Resource Center for ages 16–24. You will engage with young people, assess their needs, provide referrals, and follow up on progress in the community.
The role includes developing relationships with youth-serving organizations, attending community events to promote services, and creating workshops or presentations to meaningfully engage youth.
