Job description
Roads to Success in New York City is seeking an Activity Specialist to plan and facilitate enrichment activities aligned with program goals. You will create age-appropriate lesson plans and deliver engaging, inclusive experiences across arts, sports, STEM, and more to empower youth.
In this part-time, onsite role, you’ll collaborate with the Program Director and staff, maintain records, ensure safety, and support youth development principles while adapting activities to diverse participant needs.
