Job description
AscentriaCare Alliance is seeking a Youth and Family Specialist to support children and families in home-like settings, promoting permanency and collaboration with schools, therapists, and courts. The role includes counseling, case management, and crisis response to ensure the safety and well-being of youth, in coordination with foster families and biological families.
