Job description
BAYS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Case Manager to gather information from youth and families, develop and monitor case plans, and collaborate with agencies.
The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication to engage families and support the program Office. The Senior Case Manager will also serve as a back-up to supervision and guide less experienced staff, delivering training and mentoring as needed.
