Job description
Together for Youth is seeking a dedicated Youth Case Manager to provide intake screenings, counseling, and ongoing support for youth in detention facilities. The role includes coordinating with families and key stakeholders to address risk factors and ensure stable case plans.
The position requires a bachelor's degree with 2 years in case management and youth services; TCI and First Aid/CPR certs are required after hire.
