Job description
Together for Youth in Bath, NY is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide assessment, counseling, and supportive services to youth admitted to the facility.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of case management experience with youth; a Master’s degree is preferred with 1 year of youth work; and certifications in TCI and First Aid/CPR. A valid driver’s license is required and you must work well with diverse populations.
