Job description
The YMCA of Cleveland is seeking a Director of Youth/Family Programs to lead and supervise the youth, teen, and family departments in assigned areas, including Leaders Club, Achievers, Youth In Government, and Model UN initiatives.
You will develop, organize, and implement high-quality programs, manage budgets, recruit diverse staff, build partnerships with schools and community groups, ensure safety standards, and drive program sustainability through fundraising collaboration.
