Job description
The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is seeking a Youth & Family Services Director to lead and grow youth and family programming at the Woodruff Family YMCA in Milford, CT. The role oversees school-age child care, preschool, camp, and other youth programs with responsibility for program quality, staff leadership, licensing, enrollment, budgets, and family experience.
