Job description
Seneca Wraparound programs provide family-centered, individualized, culturally relevant support to families with complex needs, working with county systems to offer alternatives to group care placements.
The Wraparound Family Partner draws on personal experience to engage youth and families, supporting care plans and community connections, while participating in leadership and awareness activities.
