Job description
KidStrong Leesburg is seeking a General Manager to lead a dynamic team at our Leesburg center. You will drive sales, customer experience, and daily operations while coaching 3-5 classes weekly and mentoring coaches. This role requires weekend availability and a passion for helping kids grow in a vibrant community.
Base salary starts at $55,000+ with performance-based bonuses; total compensation ranges from $55,000 to $80,000+ annually depending on experience and achievement.
