Job description
Life House, Inc. in Duluth, MN is seeking an Employment Case Manager to support youth ages 16-24 in setting employment goals, developing soft skills, and exploring pathways while providing case management to reduce barriers and promote housing stability and independence.
The role reports to the Futures Program Director and requires 32-40 hours per week, with evenings/weekends as needed. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and retirement options.
