Job description
Face to Face Health and Counseling Service, Inc. is seeking an RN to provide outreach nursing at SafeZone and clinic-based care at the Face to Face clinic.
You will work with the Nurse Practitioner and a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-responsive, harm reduction-based care to youth experiencing homelessness. The role is based primarily at SafeZone with weekly clinic coverage, 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, and occasional coverage at Arcade Clinic.
