Job description
Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care to children, teens, and young adults. The role includes 30-minute video intakes, ongoing follow-ups, and psychiatric evaluations with medication management across in-person and remote formats.
