Job description
Southwest Key Programs in Dallas seeks a Clinical Program Director to manage the Detention Alternative Program and lead intake, assessments, and in-home youth counseling. The role also oversees mentoring programs for probation-involved youth and ensures fidelity to program requirements.
The CLPD will supervise staff, manage budgets, report outcomes, recruit mentors, and coordinate with schools and community partners. Flexibility in schedule is required, with shifts typical 12pm-9pm.
