Responsibilities
Lead a Christ‑centered, biblically grounded ministry for students in grades 6‑12, focusing on discipleship, biblical and doctrinal teaching, and leadership development.
Oversee church‑wide outreach and evangelism in the local community.
Compensation
Full‑time position. $57K plus benefits.
Qualifications
Live a life reflecting the biblical qualifications of an elder (though the employee is not an elder).
Have a clear testimony of faith.
Hold doctrinal statements aligning with those of New Heights Church.
