Job description
The First Baptist Church of Reading seeks a missional Director of Youth Ministry to engage and inspire students from middle school through college-age, helping them develop a robust and resilient faith.
You will recruit and train volunteers, plan weekly youth meetings and retreats, partner with families, and model discipleship. A passion for Jesus, leadership ability, and commitment to safe, supportive programs are essential.
