Job description
A community church in Marshall, MI is seeking a full-time youth director. The ideal candidate will be male, have a strong calling for the work, and engage with a diverse congregation. While experience with youth work is preferred, a genuine heart for youth is essential. There's also an opportunity for the candidate to potentially take over the lead pastor position in the future. Starting pay is $44,200 annually, with negotiable housing and supportive opportunities for ordination.
