Job description
SEPC is seeking a Director of Student Ministries to lead ministry for middle and high school students in Washington. You will recruit, train, and develop volunteers, design programming for large and small groups, and disciple students while coordinating youth mission trips and retreats.
The role requires engaging communication, biblical teaching, and strong organizational skills, with opportunities to lead worship and collaborate with families and church leadership.
