Job description
Henry County Young Life in New Castle, IN is seeking a full-time Staff Associate II to lead and grow local ministry efforts. You will train volunteers, build healthy relationships with kids and parents, and help plan campaigns, clubs and camps with excellence.
You will develop leaders, manage communications, fundraising and program logistics, while living locally and modeling the Young Life mission and faith commitments in daily work and community involvement.
