Job description
Club Beyond is seeking a full-time youth ministry leader to develop healthy relationships with teens, parents, and the military community. You will model discipleship, assist with outreach, and equip volunteers for middle and high school Christian programs.
The role requires adaptability to high turnover and a relational, energetic approach. Responsibilities include partnering with churches and installation communities, and living near the service location to engage teens.
