Job description
Young Life seeks devoted staff to minister to teens through clubs, campaigns and summer camps. You will lead teams, train volunteers, and develop ministry strategies across spiritual development, leadership, and donor engagement.
Experience in direct ministry and a college degree are preferred. You will work in a dynamic, faith-centered environment requiring commitment to internal policies and community building, with opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.
