Job description
The YMCA is seeking a Site Director to lead education and enrichment programs that support youth and families. The Site Director oversees daily site operations, staff supervision, and program quality in alignment with Y standards and state guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and enrollment; building strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners; ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment; and coaching staff for growth. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in education or youth programs, strong communication skills, and a passion for the YMCA mission and community impact.
