Job description
Youth For Christ (YFC) – Gracehaven invites a Director of Residential Care to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for an adolescent residential program. You will oversee daily operations, ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based care, and promote a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment for youth.
