Job description
Morning Star Boys’ Ranch in Spokane, Washington is seeking a full-time Shift Lead / Residential Treatment Supervisor to lead direct-care staff serving youth ages 6-16 in our behavioral rehabilitation program. This leadership role blends youth counseling, staff supervision, trauma-informed care, and residential treatment, with weekend availability required for this position.
