Job description
Legacy Treatment Services Group in New Jersey is seeking a Program Director to supervise a residential youth-treatment program. This full-time role partners with the Clinical Team Leader to maintain a safe, strengths-based milieu aligned with the agency's clinical philosophy.
You will oversee budgets, scheduling, staff performance and program implementation, coordinating with schools and families. A Master’s degree and 3+ years of youth experience with supervisory duties are required.
