Job description
The Salvation Army USA Western Territory seeks a Residential Specialist for the Kona Emergency Shelter to oversee daily operations and safety for youth in placement. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and based at the Kona Emergency Shelter, reporting to the Program Manager.
You will ensure facility upkeep, conduct intake and crisis interventions, and help coordinate activities and services for residents around the clock, including weekends and evenings.
