Job description
Aspiranet is seeking a Youth Specialist to join our Family and Community Services division in Antioch, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on case management and home visitation to support family stability and healthy parent-child relationships through personalized services, workshops, and community resources.
The Youth Specialist will supervise youth, conduct screenings, implement service and safety plans, and collaborate with nurses and county social workers.
