Job description
180 Degrees, Inc. in St. Cloud, MN seeks a Youth Advocate (PT/FT) to support the St. Cloud Youth Shelter. You will be a steady, caring presence, helping youth stabilize, heal, and move forward, and you’ll work alongside case managers and staff to deliver a consistent, unified experience.
Youth Advocates engage in milieu management, relationship-building, safety checks, and daily living support, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced non-profit setting.
