nWe are hiring Youth Specialists at the Farano Center to support youth in a structured, supportive, and therapeutic environment. These are ongoing openings, and we welcome applicants for full-time and evening availability.
nAs the Youth Specialist & Child Care Worker, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
nnnProvide daily care, supervision, and emotional support to residents and their children (if applicable)
n
nnEnsure the health, safety, and welfare of all residents at all times
n
nnSupervise youth during visits with family members or identified visitors, following Family Plans and case plans
n
nnPlan and implement a balanced daily routine and group living experiences
n
nnProvide coverage at any CMS residential program as assigned
n
nnTransport clients to school, medical appointments, court dates, visitation, or other activities
n
n nYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Minimum Salary: $ 17.00/hour
nYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Maximum Salary: $ 20.00/hour
nYouth Specialist & Child Care Worker Schedule: 35 hours/week e vening (Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; includes alternating weekends)
nQualifications:
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nn1 - 3 years of experience of working with a diverse population
n
nnValid driver's license
n
nnMust remain awake and alert during entire shift, including overnight
n
nnMust remain on shift until next shift arrives and is briefed
n
nnMust work holiday and weeks when part of the regular schedule
n
