nAs the Youth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
nnnProvide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children.
n
nnPlan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents.
n
nnWork as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care.
n
nnImplement house rules and program policies with clients.
n
nnAssess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.
n
n nYouth Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $17.00
nYouth Specialist Maximum Pay Rate: $21.00
nYouth Specialist Schedule: Evening Shift --- Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 11:30PM with alternating weekends
n Overnight shift --- Tues - Sat 11:30PM - 7:30AM nnQualifications:
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nn1 year experience in related field, 1-3 years preferred
n
