YMCA of Greater San Antonio is seeking a Site Lead to oversee game and practice locations for youth sports, with guidance from the Sports Director. You will manage schedules, equipment, safety, and communications with parents and coaches to support the YMCA mission.
The role requires knowledge of sport rules, the ability to respond to emergencies, and a professional, friendly demeanor at all times; candidate must be 21+ with reliable transportation.
