Job description
Child and Family Focus, Inc in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Youth Support Partner. This role involves working with youth and families in the Bucks County area to participate in the High Fidelity Family Teams Process. The Youth Support Partner will provide support, guidance, and help youth develop their own team of supports.
