Job description
Aaron Family JCC of Dallas in Dallas, TX is seeking a Youth & Teen Director to lead year‑round youth programming and support Camp Chai. The role focuses on engaging children and families with meaningful, Jewishly enriched experiences in and out of school.
You will supervise Club J, plan events, manage the department budget, recruit staff, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality programs while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment.
