Job description
Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) in New Britain, CT is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the Transitional Youth Program. This role supports clients toward independent living and coordinates care across the CMHA system.
The position is 1st shift, Tue-Sat 7:00am-3:00pm, located at 233 Main St. New Britain, CT 06051. A Bachelor's degree in a mental health field is preferred, with eligibility for MANDT, First Aid, and CPR training.
