Job description
Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC is seeking a Transition Services Manager at the Broward Youth Treatment Center in Pembroke Pines, FL. This full-time role guides youth from residential care back into the community, coordinating with families, schools, and community partners.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least two years of experience with youth; Master’s degree can substitute for some experience.
