Job description
FlightStory's The Diary of a CEO seeks Head of YouTube Packaging to own end-to-end packaging across YouTube, Spotify, audio/rss, and emerging platforms, driving CTR, retention, and global reach while protecting the brand and editorial integrity.
You will run a data-driven experimentation engine, evolve the packaging playbook, and collaborate with editorial, production, and design to move packaging at the speed of the show.
