Job description
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Zone Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist to support customers across multiple locations in our manufacturing-driven coatings business. In this role, you’ll provide bilingual support, process orders, resolve product and service issues, and coordinate with stores, operations and manufacturing teams. You’ll use your product knowledge, communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment, safety and customer satisfaction while growing your career in a collaborative, performance-driven culture with training and advancement opportunities.
